I have been a State Farm customer for a couple of years—both home and auto. They have a service called Safe and Save that enables you to receive a discount depending on your driving record. As for the home, they were quick to send out an agent after we had a hail storm. Great service! Karen is one of their employees and she is both friendly and professional. She took care of my business quickly and with a friendly attitude.

The reason I left State Farm insurance after over 20 years of home owners and car insurance is because of Mr. Luna’s concern for us a customers. He and State Farm blamed decline coverage of of roof on roofer wanting to sell a roof rather than investigating my roof properly. Well after over a year of fighting State Farm covered my roof thanks to an independent claims adjuster. Four months after I cancel all my insurance he sends me a birthday card thanking for being a customer. He really has no clue as to what is going on at his agency, his actions forced me to leave State Farm after 20 plus years!
