""WITH A BAD AGENT, STATE FARM LEAVES YOU TO DIE"!!! I’ve attempted to contact my agent daily for a week about my policy and premium costs, but received no response. This lack of communication is unacceptable when managing an important service like insurance. I’m reconsidering my options until I can work with a responsive agent or team. I expect timely updates, clear guidance on coverage options, and a direct point of contact. If responsiveness doesn’t improve, I will likely switch providers."
